Rajtest.in (RajTest) runs a Hindi test series for Rajasthan government exam preparation. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what your rights are. It is in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What Information We Collect
When you take a test without signing in
- The answers you choose and the time spent on each question
- A temporary guest identity (no name or email)
When you sign in
- Your name, email and profile photo — from your Google account
- Your district, if you enter it yourself
- Your tests, answers, marks, ranks, bookmarks and Wrong Notebook
- Your device's notification identifier, if you turn notifications on
If you are a Subscription Teacher
- Your coaching's name, contact mobile and district
- Payment status — we never see or store card or UPI details; they go straight to Razorpay
2. Why We Use It
- To run tests, keep your answers safe and produce correct results
- To show ranks, the leaderboard and your list of past tests
- To build the Smart Analysis and Booster that show your weak areas
- To send result and revision notifications, with your permission
- To prevent cheating, misuse and unauthorised access
3. Who We Share It With
We never sell your information. To run the service we use these trusted companies:
- Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage
- Google — only for signing in with Google
- Vercel — to run the website
- Firebase (Google) — to send notifications
- Razorpay — only to process payments
We may have to give information to a competent authority where the law requires it.
4. What Is Shown Publicly
The leaderboard shows only name, marks, rank and district. Your email, mobile number and answers are never made public. Nobody can see another student's detailed result.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies right now. If advertising starts in future, this policy will be updated first.
6. Your Rights
- The right to see and correct your information
- The right to have your account and data deleted
- The right to turn notifications off
- The right to withdraw your consent
For any of these, write to support@rajtest.in. We will reply within 30 days. When an account is deleted, its personal information is removed; old leaderboard entries are made anonymous so that other students' ranks are not disturbed.
7. How Long Information Is Kept
For as long as the account is active. On a request to delete the account, personal information is removed; only legal/accounting records are kept for the period required.
8. Children's Information
Students under 18 should use this service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Security
Correct answers are kept safe on the server, the database uses row-level security, and we hold no passwords because sign-in is through Google. Even so, no internet service can claim to be one hundred percent secure.
