By using Rajtest.in you agree to these terms. The service is run by RajTest as a Sole Proprietorship. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the Service Is

Rajtest.in provides practice tests for Rajasthan government exam preparation. It is a private educational platform.

Important: We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, RSMSSB, RPSC, the Government of Rajasthan or any government body. The tests here are for practice only. Always check official information on the relevant board's official website.

2. Your Account

One person, one account, with accurate information.
Do not share your login with anyone else.
The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.
An account may be closed if its information is found to be false or fake.

3. Copyright of Questions and Protection of Content

All questions, options, explanations, solutions, test structures, design, logos and content on this platform are the intellectual property of Rajtest.in or the teacher concerned, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

The following is strictly prohibited:

Copying, republishing or selling questions, solutions or explanations
Passing content on to others as screenshots, photos, recordings or in any other form
Extracting content with any automated tool, bot, scraper or script
Using this content in your own or any other coaching, YouTube channel, Telegram/WhatsApp group, app or book
Changing or translating the content and passing it off as your own

Viewing and using the content for your own practice is fully allowed — that is your right. If a violation is found we may close the account without warning, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

4. Test and Rank Rules

Marks and ranks are always decided on the server; no number shown in the browser is final.
Each student gets one official attempt per test; later attempts count as improvement and do not change the official rank.
The result of a premium/live test opens only at its scheduled time, after which the leaderboard is frozen.
Your attempt on a test you made or reviewed yourself counts as practice only.
Results may be cancelled if copying, multiple accounts, automated answering or technical tampering is found.

5. Objections to a Question

If a question or answer looks wrong, raise an objection from the result page. If the error is confirmed after review, the question will be corrected and affected results recalculated where needed. Rajtest.in's decision is final.

6. Free Tests

Most public tests are, and will stay, free for every student. Some tests and bundles are paid; their price is clearly shown before you buy.

7. Paid Tests and Bundles

You are charged the price shown when you buy — the amount is set from our own records, not from your browser.
Once you buy, the bundle's papers — including any added to it later — are added to your Google account. Nothing extra is charged per paper.
Validity is one year from the date of purchase. During that time you can take those papers as often as you like and see their solutions.
Purchased content is for your own account. Access may be closed if the link or login is given to someone else.
Payments are made through Razorpay. If money is deducted but the papers do not open, tell us — we keep a record of the purchase and access is added by hand.

8. Subscription Teacher Plans

Fees start from ₹149 per month depending on the plan, and a plan activates only once the payment is confirmed.
A teacher can see only their own students, batches, tests and reports — never another teacher's data.
The teacher is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they upload.
A teacher's branding always carries “Powered by Rajtest.in”.
A workspace may be suspended for breaking the rules.

9. Fair Use

You agree that you will not —

try to break into the service, gain unauthorised access or view other people's data;
run tools that put undue load on the server;
post abusive, illegal or misleading content.

10. Availability of the Service

We try to keep the service running continuously, but maintenance, technical reasons or an outage at a third-party service may cause temporary interruptions. We may add or remove features without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our tests are for practice. We do not guarantee that every question or answer is completely error-free, nor success in any exam. We are not liable for any exam result, opportunity or loss. In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month.

12. Closing an Account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

13. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. The courts of Kota, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Delivery

Everything sold on this site is digital — tests, solutions, analysis and the Teacher workspace. Nothing is sent by post or courier.

As soon as the payment succeeds, access is instant and automatic, on the same Google account you bought with — no waiting and no delivery charge. If the bank causes a delay it opens by itself within a few minutes; if it does not, write to support@rajtest.in and it will be looked at the same day.

Purchased content stays available in your account for 1 year from the date of purchase.
